By joining The Breather Affiliate Program, you agree to the terms outlined below:

1. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older and have an active online presence (social media, blog, etc.). We reserve the right to approve or deny any application.

2. Commissions

Commissions are paid on qualifying purchases made through your unique link or code. Commission is based on net sales (excluding tax, shipping, and refunds). Self-referrals are not allowed.

3. Payment

Payouts are processed on a [monthly/bi-weekly] basis once your account reaches the minimum threshold. You are responsible for providing accurate payment details.

4. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Run paid ads using The Breather brand name
• Post on coupon or deal sites
• Make misleading health or product claims
• Spam links or use cookie stuffing

Violation of these rules may result in removal from the program and forfeiture of commissions.

5. FTC Compliance

Affiliates must disclose their relationship with The Breather in all posts, videos, or emails that promote our products. Example: “I may earn a commission from this link.”

6. Brand Use

You may use approved images and assets provided by The Breather. Do not alter logos or marketing claims without written permission.

7. Termination

We may remove any affiliate at our discretion, with or without cause. If removed, unpaid commissions may be withheld if fraud or misuse is suspected.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued participation indicates acceptance of the current version.
